Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales on Assetsify are generally non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.

Exceptions

Refunds may be granted in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted and cannot be opened.
• The product is significantly different from its description.
• Duplicate purchase made by mistake.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
